Once you snag the offer, try this super simple recipe for tasty, clean burgers:

Many burger recipes use bread crumbs (not paleo friendly) or prepackaged seasonings with unfriendly ingredients (sugar, corn starch, and “natural flavor”).

If you’re looking for a little more than just salt and pepper, I recommend the Mamma Mia! brand’s Garlic Ranch seasoning. It’s gluten free with no refined sugar and only three ingredients: California Garlic, Onion, Sea Salt.

Mix the seasoning into the ground meat (try ground turkey or ground chicken for a lean option) and form into patties or simply sprinkle it on both sides of pre-made patties. Pre-heat the grill and grill on medium high heat. Cooking time will vary depending on your choice of meat. For ground beef, 5 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other should give you medium doneness. I usually swap out the buns for lettuce, and enjoy topping with slices of avocado.
